The Brazoria County Counseling Association (BCCA) conducts its affairs in compliance with the by-laws of the Texas Counseling Association. It is one of thirty-two chapters of TCA. TCA splits the state of Texas into five regions and BCCA is in Region I. The purpose of BCCA is to enhance the development of counselors through education and information sharing and advancing high standards of professional conduct.
